Adam McCready joins Dyad Strategies as Research Associate

Dyad Strategies CEO Gentry McCreary announced today that Adam McCready will be joining the firm in the role of Research Associate. In that role, McCready will work with Dyad clients and partners on data analysis, reporting, and applied research projects.

“We are thrilled to announce Adam’s addition to the Dyad team,” said Gentry McCreary, CEO of Dyad Strategies. “Adam brings great skill as a researcher, combined with a practical understanding of the fraternal experience through his roles as a campus advisor and as national president of Theta Delta Chi fraternity. As we grow our network of organizational partners and campus clients, Adam’s expertise as both a scholar and practitioner will allow us to expand our bandwidth as a company in a way that meets the needs of those partners and client, helping them measure their impact and understand the culture of their chapters.”

Adam served as a campus fraternity/sorority advisor for seven years, holding positions at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the University of New Hampshire. He served as national president of Theta Delta Chi from 2007 to 2011. Currently, Adam is a Higher Education doctoral candidate at Boston College, studying the relationships among chapter-held masculine norms, organizational socialization, and the problematic behaviors of fraternity men.

Dyad Strategies LLC is a consulting firm that helps college campuses and fraternal organizations measure and improve their impact and better understand the culture of their fraternity and sorority chapters. Dyad Strategies was founded in 2014 by partners Gentry McCreary, Ph.D. and Joshua Schutts, Ph.D., whose award-winning research examines fraternal brotherhood and sisterhood, the psychology of hazing, organizational ethics, and organizational commitment.
